Delete Your RefreshMe Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request the deletion of your RefreshMe account and what happens to your data after deletion.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure you have reviewed all information below before proceeding.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete Directly in the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the RefreshMe app on your device.
  2. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll down and tap Account Settings.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your identity when prompted.
  6. Tap Confirm Delete to permanently delete your account.

Option 2: Submit a Deletion Request by Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us directly:

Send an email to admin@refreshmeapp.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request

Please include the following in your email:

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What Data Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

Messages and communications Deleted Within 30 days

Transaction records (for legal/tax compliance) Retained up to 7 years As required by law

Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial and tax regulations. All retained data is anonymized where possible and is not used for marketing or profiling purposes.

Effect on Active Bookings & Payments

If you are a stylist with active or pending bookings, deleting your account will:

We recommend completing or cancelling any active bookings through the app before requesting account deletion to avoid any unintended charges. RefreshMe charges a 10% platform fee on transactions processed through Stripe — there are no monthly subscription fees.
